Its good to see so many people making the commitment. Here is the first of my warnings about the imperfection of my data.
In the first instance it is checking names against names so the first time it finds John Smith in my records it will assume it is that person. Where I know that it is a different person, for example I know that there is another Stephanie Quayle, I can over-ride with an ID number.
In short, if you spot anything that is not right just let me know. That is how the database has achieved better results each year.
